With more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Denise considers herself a dedicated, knowledgeable and caring mortgage loan originator. She is proficient in all aspects of residential loans and has vast experience with first time home buyer programs, condos and coops, jumbo loans, FHA, VA and other programs. In this ever-changing lending environment, Denise stays current with the changes and regulations and uses her knowledge to educate her borrowers and referral partners throughout the home financing process to ensure a smooth transaction from application to closing. Denise prides herself on bringing constant value and unparalleled service to all the partners she works with in the course of her position. For Denise, it's not about the loan, it's about people and having the opportunity to be a part of one of their major life events. She has built a career based on referrals and the best compliment that can be received is referrals from past clients and professional partners.

Joel Gerber – Savannah Closing Attorney

As a member of the law firm of Brannen, Searcy & Smith, LLP, my practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate closings (purchases and refinances), wills, trusts and estates, corporate entity formation, probate and construction law.

Real Estate Closings

I believe that every great realtor (and lender) MUST have a great closing attorney who is accessible all of the time. What does that really mean? It means that you must have a closing attorney that is a part of your TEAMwho you can get in touch with essentially anytime. You should not be waiting 3 days or even 3 hours to receive a response to your email or a phone call. I look at every closing a realtor is working on like it’s the ONLY closing that realtor has (while I know that is usually not the case). That is the level of service that each of the realtors (and lenders) I work with should demand and most importantly deserve.
